New restaurant with some growing pains. They will overcome. Might be some long waits. But give them time to settle down. Mixed drinks at the bar are fantastic.

So looking forward to this restaurant opening because fdl has so few good places to eat but so disappointed! We waited well over an hour for a table last Friday. Service was acceptable but soup was cold, steak and baked Potato were cold. Ahi tuna was ordered medium rare but came out well done, cold and dry. Hoping management can work out the problems and eventually we will have a great place to eat in fdl!

Long waits for bread and food, room temperature food, slow service... What's not to love? I don't think I have ever been served a room temperature steak at a restaurant before now and I can say I didn't like it. My baked potato wasn't any warmer. I put the cold chunk of butter in it and it didn't melt. It took about 10 minutes before the butter inside the potato was soft enough to smear it around. To their credit the owner did come by at the end of them meal and asked for comments. Hopefully he takes our comments to heart and makes improvements before this place goes under as well.

We made a reservation weeks in advance for my dad's 70th birthday and when we got there they knew nothing about the reservation! Very disappointing! However, after a lot of confusion and our guests standing in the entrance for 20 minutes they were able to seat us in their loft area and it was a fantastic area for a small gathering. My food was very good and our waitress was good.

Took a friend to lunch here for her birthday 9/9/15. Service was great. There were only about 10 guests in the whole facility. We were seated outside per request as it was a beautiful day. The décor is fabulous inside and outside. We ordered the cheese curds and truffle oil fried french fries to start. The cheese curds were hard and stuck together. You could taste the grated cheese garnish slightly on the fries, but regular fries would be better. Ordered the soup of the day, which was spicy hot, but not advertised that way. We ordered the perch ,but it was hard, dry and didn't even fill the bun. It looked more like a minnow used for bait. Some wasps were around the outside tables and we asked for a fly swatter - not available. The desserts are out of this world. Next time coffee and dessert only.

Stopped on a road trip for lunch on a Sunday. Had 2 kids with us, besides the building being amazing and beautiful, the food was great. Homemade pasta and sauce delicious, husband had a burger he loved. Service great, the hostess directed us up to the former choir loft for a better view. Will be a scheduled stop in the future.

While I haven't had any food yet, I must say I'm slightly disappointed. With the weather being gorgeous today, and a group of us celebrating a friends birthday, we chose here for their patio. (Which is huge and lovely) upon arrival they told us that they weren't serving food out there. We were okay with that and got seated on my childhood church altar. After putting in our order several of us went outside to enjoy a cocktail only to find a table enjoying a meal outside. This makes me wonder what their objectives are. I feel that either a lack of communication, or sheer laziness is the reason. As I said, disappointing.

I was anticipating our meal at this place and was really disappointed. We were seated after waiting at the bar for 10 minutes (told us it was going to be 15), we proceeded to wait at our table for 14 more minutes before we flagged a waitress to get some kind of service. The alligator tail was way too chewy not like I've had before and my steak was supposed to be med-rare , more like med-well and it was very expensive for just the 2 of us to eat. Not really sure if I'd go back.

Went for lunch. It wasn't very busy so we were seated promptly. The service provided by Noe was great. We ordered onion straws as an appetizer and they were just ok. The horseradish sauce seem to be lacking horseradish. My guy had the open-faced tenderloin sandwich. The menu said it was butterflied, but they didn't say they were going to give her other half to someone else. It looked like the "where's the beef commercial" from years ago. The meat was cooked to perfection but the marinade was so overpowering it masked the taste of the tenderloin. Will give the cook credit. It's not easy to get it medium rare I'm such a tiny piece of meat. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. While it was cooked well and juicy, it was virtually tasteless. Apparently, they used all the spices on my dates tenderloin. The homemade chips were okay, but not very flavorful and I wasn't wild about the French fries either. On a bright note the clam chowder was very, very good. Of course, we will go back and try them again. Its always good to give places a second go around.

I ordered a local favorite Meisfields steak sandwich on the Sheboygan hard roll. The wife had a chicken sandwich and the kids ordered spaghetti kids dinners. The wait staff was courteous the atmosphere was wonderful and the food was great it did not take long to get served. As a bonus there was an outdoor band playing after we finished dinner. It was a five-star experience we really enjoyed it we will most definitely be back.

We ate dinner here about a month ago and it was great. We went back about 10 days later and it was just good. The food was okay but it was not hot and the tenderloin medallions that were so good on our previous visit were tough and to done. Last night we tried it again and again the food was barely warm. The Parmesan chicken was tasty but the Ahi tuna was dry and tasteless and I had it prepared medium rare as suggested. Another criticism would be lack of variety on the menu.

Very disappointed. The food was ok. We had two appetizers- the cheese curds and homemade potato chips. The sauce with both was really good. The entrees were ok, but the portion size was small considering the price. I thought the service overall was good. A little slow considering it wasn't very busy, but acceptable. I really expected better. We paid almost $90 for 2 adults, a tween and a child. I've paid that at other restaurants and have gotten way better value than I did here.

Highly anticipated but extremely disappointed. Server was very personable and friendly however waited 20 minutes to be seated and saw empty tables. Food was very bland. Cowboy Chop, Chicken Tortellini, Mahen Burger, BBQ Ribs, Crusted Chicken Breast. All bland. Garlic bread was swimming in butter. $120.00 for 5 meals sorry to say was not impressed.

Good service but food just mediocre. Luke warm food. Alfredo sauce more garlic than cheesy. Husband had perch and was disappointed with it and also the coleslaw which there was hardly any of. We liked it better before the new owners took over.

The menu is confusing. It's hard to tell what they want to be. Is it Italian? Is it a gastropub? Is it a supper club? I still don't know. I was however impressed with the beer menu. After ordering our food, we didn't see our waiter until the check. I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon. I got a dried up piece of "chicken" on a bun with.... No bacon. I waited to give the waiter, who didn't bring us our food, the chance to ask how our meals looked. That never happened. I also ordered a second drink. Luckily I had water because that second drink never came and the chicken was so dry it was difficult to eat without water. We then waited for what felt like an eternity to have our dishes cleared only to have my boyfriends beer taken away before he had finished. We got the bill and had to wait another 20 minutes to get the bill fixed (they charged us for a second drink they never delivered). Got the correct bill, paid and got out as fast as we could. I can't believe this meal happened. I'm still in shock. Fries were really good though!
